Our Weekend

Saturday was Happy Flu Shot Day at our HMO. After Ballet we headed over to get our shots. They always make it fun by giving away gifts, having face painting, clowns and balloon animals. With all of that going on you can hardly hear the kids screaming.


Lidya got the nasal spray so it was pain free.
